ER Case Manager

We are currently partnering with a leading manufacturing organisation based in Birmingham, who are recruiting for an Employee Relations Case Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.
The successful candidate must have previous experience working within manufacturing or a similar environment, and must be willing to travel to sites nationwide as required.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
Managing ER casework escalated from site HR Managers including grievances, absence, disciplinaries
Supporting external legal counsels in tribunals (if required)
Running employment law updates with HR managers and upskilling them and operational managers on dealing with Employee Relations casework
Providing policy and strategy advice to HR and operational colleagues
Supporting employment related projects such as change programmes, TUPE, redundancy & M+A activities
Skills, knowledge and expertise required:
Large scale ER casework experience
Worked within manufacturing or a similar environment
Driving licence is essential
Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment
Confident working with key stakeholders

40 hours per week
Monday – Friday, 9am-5pm (with flexibility based on ER caseload)
