Reputable companyAbout Our ClientThe business is a fast moving manufacturers based in Warrington. They are looking for a HR Advisor, that has had experience in a generalist role. You will be dealing with the day to day, with the support of the HR Administrator.Job DescriptionManaging a high volume of ER cases across the businessAdvice, support, and administration across full range of HR activities.Advice to managers, when required, over all staff issues and employee relations.Recommend improvements to systems and procedures to improve efficiency.Oversees and assist the process of adverse actions, grievances, disciplinary hearings, redundancy consultations and other employee matters.Assists with pay and benefits reviews and implementation.Managing personal, sensitive, and confidential information in a professional manner.Handle administration process and ensure associated payroll processesEnsure all procedures and paperwork are correct, in relation to business processes.Direct managers and employees in accurately interpreting applicable policies and procedures to ensure effective delivery of policies.Manage leavers and exit processesProject work on policy and procedureThe Successful ApplicantIf you have CIPD 5 + (desirable)Over 2 years experience with ER CasesHigh communications skillsAbility to deal with sensitive subjects in a professional sympathetic mannerLook over policy and procedure and help improve the processesAbility to deal with a high volume deskAble to work in the office 5 days a week
