Reputable companyAbout Our ClientCompany based in the Liverpool city centre and is looking for a ER Advisor to join their team, on a full time bases. You will be the main point of contact for all ER cases, advice, queries, looking at employee relations related policy and procedure.Job DescriptionTo provide practical and effective first line employee relations advice to all stakeholdersDeal with all disciplinary, grievance, absence management and family friendly policies.Build long business relationships with line managers and other stakeholdersSupport, coach and advise line manager, to help them become more efficientBe proactive and keep your knowledge to a high standard on employment law.Be involved in process and procedure developmentThe Successful ApplicantStrong understanding of employment lawExperience within a similar role 2 + yearsHigh communication skills both written and verbal
