In addition, there are several properties which are let on annual tenancies.Some of these projects are new and some more established. This is a period of change at Burgie and we seek an energetic, enthusiastic and progressive candidate to assist in day to day management and business development of two specific enterprises. The Role:The successful applicant would report to the Owner and
Burgie Business and Administration Manager . The successful applicant will have a desk in the Estate office as well as being hands on during theThe successful applicant will have a range of roles and responsibilities within their day-to-day job. Examples of what will be required are (but not limited to):Equestrian · Manage aspects of the day to day running of the equestrian facility · Be the main point of contact for the livery clients · Implement a clear land management system for the livery clients · Assist with all immediate and longer-term renovations · Plan with the Estate Manger the competition schedules and associated effect on the livery clients etc · Assist to develop new business · Assist with the delivery of eventsHoliday Rentals · Manage the day to day running and enquiries for the Holiday lets · Liaise with and oversee the Housekeeping team · Meet and greet guests Front of House, when required · Assist with the management of the long and short term rennovations · Write reviews as required · Implement a social media marketing and promotion strategy designed to promote the value of the properties and develop growth • Hard working • Organised with ability to prioritise • Hands on – if it needs done, in our team, we do it • Good social media skills • Be able to work efficiently on their ownApplication closing date is Sunday 7 th
