We are seeking an Equality, Diversity & Inclusion (EDI) Partner to join their sophisticated and well-established HR team. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate closely with the head of leadership, serving as the primary advocate for EDI within the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
Policy Development:
Continuously enhance and implement EDI policies.
Educational Workshops:
Plan and facilitate workshops focused on EDI education.
Communication Strategy:
Develop and execute communication plans to promote EDI initiatives.
Resource Group Engagement:
Establish and support employee resource groups.
Impact Measurement:
Identify opportunities to measure and report on the impact of EDI initiatives.
Global Integration:
Embed EDI practices across the firm both in the UK and internationally.

About You:
Experience:
Several years served in an EDI role, with demonstrable impact.
Leadership Engagement:
Proven track record of engaging senior leaders, including executives.
Facilitation Skills:
Strong workshop facilitation and presentation abilities.
Expert Knowledge:
Deep understanding of EDI, including legislation and policy.
Stakeholder Management:
Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders effectively.
