We are seeking an Equality, Diversity & Inclusion (EDI) Partner to join their sophisticated and well-established HR team. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate closely with the head of leadership, serving as the primary advocate for EDI within the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Policy Development: Continuously enhance and implement EDI policies.
- Educational Workshops: Plan and facilitate workshops focused on EDI education.
- Communication Strategy: Develop and execute communication plans to promote EDI initiatives.
- Resource Group Engagement: Establish and support employee resource groups.
- Impact Measurement: Identify opportunities to measure and report on the impact of EDI initiatives.

- Experience: Several years served in an EDI role, with demonstrable impact.
