OverviewThe Senior EPPM Support Analyst role will involve the configuration and support of a range of programme control software packages (including Oracle Primavera and Deltek products). Location is home-based with travel when required. ResponsibilitiesWorking under general direction the Senior EPPM Support Analyst will be responsible for:Producing customisation and configuration designs to meet user requirements – including report designs and out of the box integrationsDeveloping customisations to products – including writing bespoke reportsPerforming unit testing and support system testing of solutionsInstallation of programme control packages and deployment of customisations – including working with the clients IT department to perform / manage the installation of product within the client environments1st line and 2nd line support for end users understanding and documenting problem and tracking through to resolutionProviding remote and onsite support for solutions and troubleshoot issuesKeeping the project manager informed of progress and document and communicate risks associated with a solution/service deliveryPlanning own work and delivering to planLearning from experience and developing and implementing corrective actions QualificationsComputing/Engineering/Science graduate or equivalentGood working knowledge of software delivery methodologies (Agile and Waterfall)Experience of implementing and supporting Oracle Primavera productsExperience of out of the box product integrationsData modellingExperience of J2EE/.netExperience of working with databases (Oracle or SQL Server) and query writingExperience with report writing tools such as Oracle Analytics (BI Publisher), Business Objects, Crystal ReportsExperience of working with ECM solutions such as SharePoint or Oracle UCMGood working knowledge of network and data centre architectures as well as application development methodologiesStrong customer service focusGood communication skills (written and verbal) and ability to understand client requirementsExperience of working in a consultancy environmentWillingness to learn/take on new challengesExcellent written and spoken EnglishSelf-reliantAccepts responsibility for own work and delivers to specification on timeDemonstrates personal accountabilityWilling to work on client sites around UKSupervision:Works under general direction EEO StatementTRC is an equal opportunity employer: disability/veteran.
