EPC Engineering Manager

Job Description:
A North London based Energy Client is seeking an experienced EPC Engineering Manager to join a 2-year Combined-Cycle Gas Turbine project.
This full-time onsite contract, outside IR35, requires a senior professional with previous experience in Oil & Gas projects.
The successful candidate will manage a small team of engineers, collaborate closely with customers, and lead project engineering management.
Skills Required:
Minimum 10 years project-based engineering management experience, with at least 5 years in a similar EPC engineering manager role.
Completed at least two CCGT projects as engineering manager.
National/regional experience is advantageous.
Experienced in developing and implementing procedures and systems.
Strong communicator, self-assured, and able to work independently.
Good knowledge of construction and erection work requirements.
Thorough understanding of the project cycle, ability to prioritize activities, anticipate pinch points, and drive projects to completion.
Experienced in planning, executing project, construction, and commissioning activities.
Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial mechanical assembly and power plant construction.
