Our client is looking for a dynamic, experienced and proactive Operations Manager  to manage, maintain and grow their provision
.

Our client is a trade association and an EPAO who have been OFQUAL regulated and are entering an exciting time of expansion. We are looking for a commercially astute, confident and personable candidate that can strengthen operations, build relationships with key stakeholders and lead the End Point Assessment team. In other words, Make it your own!

Responsibilities:

To manage EPAO services with a strong focus on growing returning clients. Our clients are in a niche market and are looking to become the EPA leaders in their field.

To manage internal and external quality assurance (Ofqual) to

ensure a compliant and audit ready EPAO service.

Manage direct reports from assessors and foster an environment for a high-performing team.

Lead and support contracted End Point Assessors to ensure delivery of a compliant, standardised and consistent EPA service.

Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and ensure the highest of customer service standards.

Produce reports on EPA performance, pipeline, threats and opportunities.

Provide members and associations with advice and guidance on skills and EPA.

Deliver training sessions to internal stakeholders and customers on all matters relating to EPA.

Be the point of contact for external apprenticeship providers, the ESFA, and OFQUAL.

Required:

Knowledge of the Apprenticeship landscape and understanding of the role of EPAOs.

Strong Project Management skills.

Good communication and organisational skills.

Experience managing a high performing team.

Relevant training/workforce development experience.

Experience with curriculum or assessment development.

The role will be:

Full time, permanent and hybrid.
2 days a week in Southampton.
