The role – Environmental Social Governance Coordinator
The Environmental Social Governance Coordinator will play a key role in developing and implementing environmental, philanthropic, and ethical best practices, policies, and cultural behaviours. This position will involve maintaining and enhancing our UK&I’s suite of ISO standards and collaborating with various stakeholders within the organization.
The successful candidate will collaborate with stakeholders to develop policies related to the company’s ethical, sustainable, and environmental responsibilities all whilst ensuring that our has a positive impact on local communities and the environment and provide training on our CSR policies and practices. You will conduct research into industry best practices and maintain ISO portfolio, including ISO9001, 14001, 27001, and 45001 standards and the CO2 emissions assessment and certification records with a focus on emissions reduction.
Requirements – Environmental Social Governance Coordinator
We are looking for an individual who is passionate and will promote awareness of corporate social responsibility (CSR) commitments internally and externally. You must be a strong communicator with the ability to establish partnerships with clients, business leaders, team members, suppliers, as well as standards and environmental bodies.
You will have excellent communication skills, with the ability to present, negotiate, and collaborate across all levels and a proven track record of policy and process implementation.
At least 2+ years of relevant CSR experience. In order to be successful in this role you must have extensive knowledge of international standards audit requirements and proficiency in both environmental and health and safety aspects and requirements.
