As we embark on our ambitious projects, we are seeking an experienced Environmental Manager to join our team and drive forward our environmental initiatives.Role Overview: As the Environmental Manager, you will play a pivotal role in informing and advising our sustainability and environmental teams. Your primary responsibility will be to provide coordination, support, and expert advice on all aspects of sustainability and environmental compliance. Working closely with Project Directors and Heads of Operations, you will ensure that our projects meet legal and company standards, fostering a culture of continual improvement.Key Responsibilities:Partnering with Project Directors/Heads of Operations to provide professional E&S servicesEnsuring project compliance with regulations, company policies, DCO, and BMS/EMSImplementing the E&S strategy for the projectCoordinating specific commitments and initiating project impact assessmentsUtilizing progress reports and audit findings to drive sustainability action plansBuilding and developing relationships with internal and external stakeholdersWho We're Looking For: Essential:Proven experience in the Civils/Utilities industry in an environmental and/or sustainability roleDemonstrated leadership experienceStrong cost estimation and commercial awarenessDegree in a relevant fieldProficiency in MS Office SuiteExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to positively influence environmental and sustainability practicesOutstanding organizational skillsExperience in implementing ISODesirable:Additional experience in the Civils/Utilities industry in environmental and/or sustainability rolesFamiliarity with ISO implementationIf you are and Environmental Manager who is passionate about environmental sustainability and have a track record of success in the industry, we want to hear from you.
