George Thomas is working in exclusive partnership with a Global Waste Management organization.
Title: HSEQ Manager
Location: Leicestershire, UK
Responsibilities:
Act as primary contact for HSEQ matters.
Ensure compliance with permits and suggest improvements.
Investigate accidents and near misses.
Contribute to daily Operations Meetings.
Conduct site inspections and provide reports.
Manage ISO documentation.
Prepare for and participate in audits.
Coordinate training and development.
Liaise with regulators.
Other duties as required.
Requirements:
NVQ Level 4 in Occupational Health and Safety.
IEMA Associate Certificate in Environmental Management.
WAMITAB Certificate of Technical Competence in Waste Treatment.
Proven HSEQ management experience.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Flexibility to meet operational demands.
