T2M Resourcing are working with an exciting automotive business to recruit an Environment and Sustainability Manager (ESG Manager) to drive forward their ESG practices. Sustainability and technology are at the heart of their business and so this role is key for them. As Environment and Sustainability Manager, the role will lead the way on achieving ISO14001 and delivering key reporting requirements.
Key duties as Environment and Sustainability Manager:
Changes and delivers processes to achieve ISO14001.
Supports department leaders in adapting to work in more sustainable ways.
Develops a scalable ESG framework that supports the business’ growth plan.
Provides training and information sharing across the organization on ESG.
Manages ESG data relating to waste, energy, and emissions.
Advises on ESG requirements for government/grant funded projects/partnerships.
Conducts auditing for ISO14001 standards.
Requirements to be successful as Environment and Sustainability Manager:
Educational background and qualifications in environment and sustainability.
Member of relevant bodies, IEMA or CIWEM.
Experience in delivering ESG frameworks and business change.
Auditing qualifications or experience to achieve ISO14001.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Comfortable with hands-on delivery of ESG initiatives.
