Manchester M22 (on-site)Competitive Salary plus benefitsThe role presents and exciting opportunity to provide multi skilled administrative & technical support to the wider business users at DCC. The role is vital in delivering a high-quality support service to the DCC and provides operational support across various IT activities along with delivering some IT administrative duties.What will you be doing?Assist in technical support and request fulfilmentPrimary contact for the EIT resolver groupResponsible for IT stock; management, tracking and issuingSupport the delivery of EIT projects, BAU tasks and strategyCollaborate closely with the Capita Workspace Agility support teamsAd hoc support of local users as required in the office environmentWhat are we looking for? The post holder will be an experienced technical support analyst and a clear and effective communicator with drive and integrity, with confident and engaging interpersonal skills.
They will be experienced in all common current technology platforms, such as Office365, AD, wireless, networks, Windows 10, laptops and cloud services and architectures such as Azure, PaaS and SaaS.
They will be security conscious and able to deliver a superb IT service in a regulated and challenging business environment.
