Novidea has excellent traction in the Specialty market, including Lloyd’s of London, and is accelerating growth across the globe.What's The Job?Novidea is entering an exciting phase of growth and our team is expanding. We are looking for an Enterprise Sales Manager to build our sales strategy that focuses on large, strategic UK Insurance Brokers, MGAs, MGUs, and Wholesalers, developing and managing a sales pipeline to win new business. We have a strong foundation of customers including Howden, Hyperion, AJ Gallagher, and Hiscox. This role will work cross-functionally with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Operations, Product, Delivery, Engineering, and Executive Leadership.What You'll DoWin new business for Novidea and grow revenues with Brokers, MGAs, and MGUs in the UK and globallyCreate new opportunities and drive them at the divisional or global level with executivesWork with C-level executives at prospects and customersLead strategic sales processes, proposal creation, contract negotiations, including legal review, and conduct executive level presentations across departmentsIdentify and support new business development activities to ensure regional goals are metSource RFIs/RFPs and bid proposals/pitchesLead and execute RFP response process that wins new contractsBuild a qualified pipeline by creating new opportunities for Novidea to sell and implement our productLead monthly Business Pipeline Meeting and weekly pipeline overviewWhat You Bring7+ years of successful complex enterprise sales experience with consistent quota achievement7+ years' experience with insurtech ecosystem, including InsurTech products and system integratorsProven and verifiable wins of $10 Million in TCV or higherStrong relationship building skills with C-Level players at the top brokers, MGAs, and MGUs in the UKStrong business acumen with ability to develop and manage strategic plans with partner and company executivesThe ability to articulate ROI at all levels of an organizationOutstanding verbal and written communication skills across multiple platformsAbility to work effectively with team members at all levels of the companyDemonstrated ability to quickly identify and solve complex problems through a methodical and process-oriented approachStrong attention to detailAbility to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneouslyEstablished relationships with industry enterprise customersAbility to conduct thorough requirements and information gathering to sell custom software solutionsIf You Bring These, Even Better!Experience working in a startupDegree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant fieldLife at NovideaWe hire people, not just skills.
