Salary Range: c. £75K + OTE
Reporting to: Chief Impact Officer
The Role
We're looking for an outstanding senior sales professional to drive and close new business and expand our client base. This role will give you the chance to have a real impact on our clients' sustainability and that of the food system at large.
Our customers are the largest and most ambitious food companies in the UK. We help caterers, food service, high street chains and food retail brands to measure, reduce and communicate their product environmental impact. We do so via a SaaS model and our Platform. You'll be accountable for building relationships and closing deals with our largest target customers and helping us achieve our ambitious growth targets.

Key responsibilities:
Direct responsibility for our Enterprise Sales pipeline and revenue targets
Aligning closely with Product and Marketing to maximise customer growth from inbound and outbound marketing activity
Manage the sales funnel and pipeline and be accountable for ambitious client growth numbers
Work closely with key customers in our pipeline to gather insight that informs our go to market (G2M), pricing and product strategy
Personally lead on closing our top target and ideal customer profiles
Help build and grow our brand and identify ways to drive more awareness
Must haves:
At least 5 years experience in managing B2B software sales to enterprise clients
The bulk of this experience should have come within a B2B start-up or scale-up
Evidence of consistently exceeding targets
The ability to build relationships with senior decision makers within food companies
The ability to sell a solution involving technical accuracy, data and numbers
Great communication skills

Key Stakeholders
You'll sit in the Impact team and report to the Head of Growth (currently being recruited). Under the leadership of the Chief Impact Officer you'll work closely with colleagues in Sales, Marketing and Customer Success to execute our G2M strategy.
You'll also work closely with our Science, Data and Product teams to ensure the voice of the customer is heard internally, and that our product roadmap and value proposition continues to be clearly articulated to new customers.
