This will be a crucial role in the business where you will be responsible for ensuring their non-financial risk framework is robust and implementing controls across the firm using your expertise.
Responsibilities include:
Lead independent risk assessments across operational, financial, regulatory, and strategic domains.
Evaluate the effectiveness of existing risk management frameworks and controls.
Partner with business units to develop and implement risk mitigation strategies.
Provide insightful reporting and recommendations to senior management.
Stay abreast of evolving financial regulations and industry best practices.
The right candidate will have:
Strong consultancy expertise and experience growing a function - Commercial/business development skills.
Expert FCA regulatory knowledge applicable to cryptocurrency including licensing requirements.
Confidence in stakeholder management and relationship development.
