Enterprise Resources Planning Consultant

We are looking for an ERP consultant who is interested in working for a software development and consulting house, who offer the world’s most advanced Environmental, Waste Management, and Recycling software globally. Someone who has experience with client facing consultancy and can support the delivery of SME software projects. The role is mostly remote, with occasional (once a month) travel to the office/client.Responsibilities:Configure and or customize SAP, including infrastructure, SQL, Crystal, Spindle and AWS activities.Deliver all the necessary consulting services for ERP projects.Perform system/software upgrades for clients. Assisting in project consulting activitiesProviding training and support as requiredHandle technical support issues raised through a Jira helpdesk system within the set timelineWrite operational documentation and provide subsequent support and training to users.Support and hand-hold the clients for software changes and new functionalities. Develop, implement, and document test plans for system testing.Undertake the testing of the software for errors, identify the source of problems, and proposes solutions. Make internal recommendations concerning software/system quality.Deal with and report on breaches in functionality and get fixes.Assisting with customer support and account managementSkills/Experience Requirements:Knowledge of an ERP systemExperience in ERP Implementation Confident in writing SQL Queries Experience of Crystal reportsBasic understanding of AWS servicesExperience in writing functional
requirements/designs
