Role Overview:
As a D365 ERP Business Analyst, you'll play a crucial role in optimizing their ERP system to drive efficiency, productivity, and innovation across our retail operations. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and lead implementation efforts to ensure seamless integration and adoption.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyse business processes and requirements to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization within the D365 ERP system.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
Configure and customize the D365 ERP system to align with business needs, ensuring smooth operation and maximum efficiency.
Lead and support system testing, user training, and post-implementation support to ensure successful adoption and utilization of the ERP system.
Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and enhancements to the D365 ERP system, addressing user concerns and optimizing system performance.
Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in ERP systems to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, with a focus on D365 ERP systems.
Strong understanding of retail industry processes and best practices.
Hands-on experience with D365 Business Central or similar ERP systems.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
