As an Enterprise Architect, you will be a member of the Enterprise Architecture (EA) team playing a pivotal role in developing the roadmap for and in the implementation of digitalisation of product design, delivery, and support through its life cycle. You would work closely with the Enterprise IT, the Digital Engineering and domain teams to harmonise architecture at various levels. Also communicate with the domains and work to align the digital capabilities with EA.
This role requires a good understanding of IT tools and policies. Experience in a product design (design-manufacture or design-integrate) organisation in a similar role would be an advantage. Proficiency in Enterprise Architecture modelling frameworks such as TOGAF, NAF and modelling notations like ArchiMate and BPMN skills are a requirement.
Ideally you would hold certification on TOGAF or other frameworks.
Additionally, your ability to translate complex concepts into understandable language for team members is crucial, along with your organisational skills and experience in agile methodologies.
Experience in mentoring on EA would be a desired attribute in this role and critical to delivering the transformation.

Foundation/ Experience : Experience in / Exposure to engineering organisations (mechanical, electronics, software) in automotive, aerospace, other defence domains as an Enterprise Architect would be an advantage

Skills : Excellent communication skills for effective teamwork and documentation, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into simple understandable language.
Leadership : Ability to develop and lead conversations in both formal and informal customer settings to drive thoughts and solutions around EA and other topics related to solution development and deployment

Qualifications:
A Bachelor/ Master’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science or a related field is preferred
Methodology Experience:
Extensive experience with agile methodologies in the context of digital transformation projects.
Management Ability:
Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and projects concurrently
