Finatal are currently working with a specialist healthcare business that is going through rapid growth after recent Private Equity investment and strategic international expansion across Europe. Through our longstanding relationship, we have supported and witnessed their growth across their technical capability. They are now looking to hire an accomplished Enterprise Architect to spearhead the optimisation and development of their enterprise architecture across the business at all levels. Initially, you will use your technical expertise to design and develop key business solutions and streamline operations through process automation to increase overall business efficiency. In the long run you will play a central role in shaping the organisation's digital strategy driving innovation and ensuring alignment between the enterprise architecture and overarching strategic objectives.
Role:
As a key member reporting to the Head of IT you’ll drive the consolidation of a scalable enterprise architecture to facilitate rapid business growth. In this pivotal role, you will define the target architecture, and build clear roadmaps and timescales aligning to overarching business objectives.
You’ll be leading a technical team across multiple domains including software development, data management, security, and technology, as well as harnessing AI, ML, and automation for innovation and a competitive edge.
With a focus on agility, you will build dynamic solutions by interpreting user requirements and collaborating directly with stakeholders to design and define technical architecture.
Overseeing the operational support and integration across the Microsoft stack including Azure, Office365 and Intune
You'll spearhead cybersecurity initiatives, implementing advanced systems such as firewalls, data protection controls, and encryption.
Requirements:
Demonstrated success in Enterprise Architecture, including solution design and architecture.
Extensive commercial experience leading large-scale architectural projects across mobile, cloud, and infrastructure environments, ensuring end-to-end delivery.
Strong track record in managing Active Directory, encompassing GPOs, role-based access controls, security groups, and AD permissions.
Beneficial to have experience within healthcare or a related industry.
Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field, coupled with certification in recognised EA frameworks such as TOGAF.
