To simplify our technology estate, we're looking for an Enterprise Architect with strong expertise in salesforce and customer relationship management to provide leadership across AXA UK&I.Reporting into the Head of Enterprise Architecture, you'll simplify our salesforce estate, driving a robust operating model and strategic alignment with our business roadmap to minimise current challenges and accelerate digital transformation.At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers.What you'll be doing:Providing vision, direction and roadmap for Customer Relationship ManagementEnsuring alignment of technologies to the prescribed target architecture, architecture framework and standardsMonitoring the development of architecture across UK & Ireland to ensure our architecture practices remain up-to-date and effectiveAssessing new and existing strategic AXA UK & Ireland products and systems to identify opportunities for development and creating improvement plans where requiredDriving simplification of the technology estate through use of common industry standardDeveloping and embedding standards and patterns for common capability problems across AXA UK & IrelandIdentifying and evaluating tools, vendors and partners including early identification of emerging tools and vendors to meet our future needsAbout youWhat we’re looking for:Previous architecture partitioner experience as an Enterprise, Domain or Solution ArchitectSalesforce transformation experience including marketing, service and industry cloudsWorking knowledge of Enterprise Architecture frameworks e.g.TOGAF/ZachmanProven track record of involvement in digital transformationExperience in other IT disciplines such as Business Architecture/Analysis, Technical/Infrastructure Architecture within a multi-tier environmentStrong leadership and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage and prioritise a demanding workloadInterest in artificial intelligence is desirableAs a precondition of employment for this role, you must be eligible and authorised to work in the United Kingdom.What we offerAt AXA UK, we’re appreciative of the people who work for us and our rewards package is reviewed regularly to reflect that.
