Enterprise Architect (Contact Centres)

My client in Greater London is looking to appoint a talented Enterprise Architect on a Contract basis.This role will specifically map the AS-IS landscape for the client's contact centre function.About the role:Based in Greater London (Hybrid – one day per month on site): Map the As-Is landscape for the contact centreCreate the blueprint for the integrations with the various systemsLead the research/discovery and create the documentation that completes the business case for the Resident Experience Programme. About you:You will have the following skillsets or experiences: Extensive knowledge and experience of Contact Centres.Extensive Public Sector / Local Authority experience.As-Is landscaping on a large scaleExperience maturing functions.
