Business driven Enterprise Architect with solid Airline Industry experience to work closely with Leaders within the airline industry.
To Lead discussions, workshops and interviews in shaping the customer’s technology strategy; with the ability to demonstrate expertise in working with one or more of the following; Passenger Service Systems (PSS), Booking and Reservations platforms, Order Management systems as well as exposure to IATA standards in New Distribution Capabilities (NDC) and ONE Order.
Experience:
A breadth of experience working within the Airline industry in a technology advisory capacity
Solid Enterprise, Solutions and Integration architecture within Aviation/Airlines
Passenger Service Systems (PSS), Booking and Reservations platforms, Offer and Order Management systems, GDS, NDC, One Order
Agile development working experience; working with lean and continuous improvement teams as well as remote and distributed teams.
Consultative relationship building and technical leadership at a CX level
Solutions driven way of thinking with the ability to do business case work with incomplete information in ambiguous environments.
Responsibilities:
Provide pre-sales support as required for current and prospective customers.
Understand and translate customer business goals and reflect these appropriately through the definition of future state technology and architecture roadmaps and proposals.
Actively influence strategies and shape scope, requirements and technical approach of projects. Proactively review customer solutions and propose improvements and strategic direction, in view of client sought outcomes.
Work with commercial and sales management in the EMEA region to shape and pitch strategic engagements to client stakeholders.
The Enterprise Architect will be a Senior Managing Consultant and required to be on site in London 2 times/week with the customers being predominantly UK based, base salary of £120- £150K
