ENT Specialist Registrar (ENT SPR)

Job Description: Day Webster Recruitment Agency is currently seeking an experienced ENT Specialist Registrar (ENT SPR) to join our doctor's division. As an ENT SPR, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care to patients with ear, nose, and throat conditions. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, diagnosing ENT disorders, performing surgeries under supervision, and participating in multidisciplinary team meetings. The successful candidate will have excellent clinical skills, strong communication abilities, and a commitment to delivering patient-centred care.
Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting outpatient clinics and ward rounds
• Performing ENT surgeries under supervision
• Providing clinical support to junior staff and medical students
• Participating in audit and research activities
• Contributing to multidisciplinary team meetings
• Ensuring compliance with clinical governance and professional standards

Requirements:

• Full GMC registration and a license to practice
• MBBS or equivalent medical qualification
• Completion of core training in Otolaryngology
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in ENT surgery
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
