Our ideal candidate will:
Having a secure knowledge of teaching English.
The ability to relate to learners of different ages and different stages is essential.
Level 3 Award in Education & Training (or willing to work towards).
A specialist or further qualification in English (minimum Level 3 English qualification).
Open, honest, and supportive behaviours.
Patient and empathetic.
Responsive and flexible.
Experience of curriculum design and development.
Strong ICT skills with proficiency in Word, Excel, Power Point, Teams.
