We are currently working with a lovely Secondary School based in Hayes, Hillingdon. They are currently looking to recruit a English Tutor who focuses on supporting and teaching English Language and Literature. The role is to start in July/September 2022 and this will run for the entire academic year.

This role is suitable for someone who already has school experience and supporting special educational needs.

As a English Tutor you will be expected to provide one to one/ group focused support alongside manage a tutor group and monitor attendance and wellbeing. The facilities are of a high standard and provide vast opportunity for graduates who are keen to go onto teacher training. The school offers CPD training throughout the year.

Key skills and experience needed:

• Must hold degree level qualification in either English, History, Geography, RE or Sociology
• Previous support work within a school or other child related experience
• High levels of proffesionalism
• Understands safeguarding measures in place within schools.
• Enthusiasm and friendly approach
• Experience or knowledge within special educational needs
