Key Responsibilities:




  • Deliver dynamic and comprehensive English lessons to students, incorporating language skills, literature, and creative writing.

  • Cultivate a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages active participation, critical thinking, and respectful discourse.

  • Adapt teaching methods and materials to cater to diverse learning styles and individual student needs.

  • Inspire students to explore classic and contemporary literary works, analyze texts critically, and express their thoughts effectively in writing and discussions.

  • Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and guidance for improvement.

  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop interdisciplinary learning experiences and enrichment programs.

  • Participate in school events, parent-teacher conferences, and professional development activities.



Qualifications:




  • QTS (qualified teaching status)

  • Proven experience teaching English language and literature at the secondary level.

  • Strong command of the English language, both written and spoken.

  • Passion for literature, storytelling, and language arts education.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

  • Ability to inspire and motivate students to excel academically and creatively.

  • Commitment to continuous professional development and staying updated with the latest educational methodologies.
