Responsibilities:

• Develop teachers across the school
• Lead on the subject of English
• Play a role in middle management with a path to senior leadership
• Contribute to the school's goal of achieving top grades in upcoming inspections

Requirements:

• Clear evidence of successful primary teaching experience up to September 2024
• Understanding of effective teaching principles
• Ability to motivate, engage, and progress pupils from diverse backgrounds
• Familiarity with teaching English at primary level
• Excellent subject knowledge in English
• Commitment to continuous professional development
• Willingness to train and develop other teachers across the school
