Hello-Education are currently seeking outgoing, engaging and confident candidates for works as a specialist cover supervisor!

The Role

• Working with KS3/KS4 pupils


• Supervising work that has been set in accordance with the school policy


• Managing the behaviour of pupils whilst they’re undertaking work to maintain constructive environment


• Responding and answering questions from pupils


• Dealing with immediate problems or emergencies


• Collecting completed work at the end of lesson and returning it to appropriate teacher

The Candidate

• Will have the ability to develop and maintain a productive learning environment and have good behaviour management skills.


• Will have experience working with children in some form e.g., sports coaching, tuition etc.


• Must be flexible to cover subjects


• Good problem solving and communicational skills


• Very confident


• Good communicational skills


• Enjoy working with young people


• Experience of administering, assessing and marking tests


• Hold degree level education in English
