Your new company Working for a leading manufacturer based in Stowmarket, this is a great opportunity for an experienced Engineer looking to progress further within a leadership role.Your new role As Engineering lead you will deliver and maintain a robust engineering/site equipment maintenance procedure, and be responsible for eliminating breakdown-related losses and optimising maintenance efficiency. You will develop capability within your team and wider teams, you will have a good understanding of operational plans, working closely with production and supply chain teams. You will have a good knowledge of various types of manufacturing equipment, a good understanding of health & safety, and strong leadership skills.You will have knowledge and experience of reliability and maintainability and analysis/monitoring data, some experience of leading/delivering projects.What you'll need to succeed The successful candidate will ideally have experience within a similar lead role and Engineering qualifications, HND/HNC, C&G or have completed a full Engineering apprenticeship, as well as a qualification in Health and Safety NEBOSH / IOSH general certificate.What you'll get in return Working Monday to Friday (40 hours), holidays 34 inclusive of Bank holidays, pensions matched up to 10% employer contribution, healthcare, sick pay, company bonus scheme, employee assistance programme, cycle to work scheme, holiday buy/sell.What you need to do now
