Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.Base pay range Our client is one of the largest facilities management and maintenance contractors in the UK, offering market leading opportunities for talented professionals looking for long term career progression.Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for an Engineering Supervisor to join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation.We are looking for an Engineering Supervisor who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same.As the Engineering Supervisor, you will provide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services.The Engineering Supervisor, will be responsible for:Ensure the company Health and Safety policy is adhered toAssist the Operations Manager in ensuring that all Statutory and Legislative requirements are achieved/adhered to for the siteEnsure clients operational procedures are adhered to at all timesObtain appropriate authorisation for access into restricted areas from the client's representative as and when requiredCarry out planned preventative maintenance on engineering services as requiredSupervision of engineersProcure materials and equipment to carry out worksOrganise and supervise sub-contractor as and when requiredEnsure worksheets are completed for works undertaken and obtain authorisation from the Clients representativeAdvise Client of minor additional worksCompile estimates and submit through Service Desk/ Operations ManagerBe available to carry out necessary works outside normal hours with additional remuneration.To be successful for this Engineering Supervisor role you must have:BS7671 Electrical RegulationsIdeally served a recognised trade training schemeAbility to undertake all facets of maintenance and installation requirements as required within the scope of the contractIOSH Managing safelyCustomer care/relationship building skillsAbility to work as a member of a teamAbility to work without direct supervisionAbility to conduct surveys throughout client sitesAbility to deal directly with customers in a professional manner and represent the company.If you feel you have the necessary skills set and experience to perform this Engineering Supervisor role, and you are interested in an opportunity offering unparalleled career development, please apply now Seniority levelSeniority level Mid-Senior level Employment typeEmployment type Full-time Job functionIndustries Industrial Machinery Manufacturing Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Skillmatch Recruitment by 2xGet notified about new
