Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now need for an Engineering Supervisor�to join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation.



We are looking for an Engineering Supervisor�to join the growing Engineering family, working in a diverse role where no two days are the same.



The Engineering Supervisor�will provide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services across a prominent site in West London.�



The Engineering Supervisor,�will be responsible for:




  • Ensure the company Health and Safety policy is adhered to

  • Assist the Operations Manager in ensuring that all Statutory and Legislative requirements are achieved/adhered to for the site

  • Ensure clients operational procedures are adhered to at all times

  • Obtain appropriate authorisation for access into restricted areas from the client's representative as and when required

  • Carry out planned preventative maintenance on engineering services as required

  • Procure materials and equipment to carry out works

  • Organise and supervise sub-contractor as and when required

  • Ensure worksheets are completed for works undertaken and obtain authorisation from the Clients representative

  • Advise Client of minor additional works

  • Compile estimates and submit through Service Desk/ Operations Manager

  • Be available to carry out necessary works outside normal hours with additional remuneration.



To be successful for this Engineering Supervisor role�you must have:




  • BS7671 Electrical Regulations

  • Ideally served a recognised trade training scheme

  • Ability to undertake all facets of maintenance and installation requirements as required within the scope of the contract

  • IOSH Managing safely

  • Customer care/relationship building skills

  • Ability�to work as a member of a team

  • Ability�to work without direct supervision

  • Ability�to conduct surveys throughout client sites

  • Ability to deal directly with customers in a professional manner and represent the company.
