**Position Overview:**

We are seeking a driven and ambitious Engineering Recruitment Consultant to join this�team in the North East. This is a full 360 role, where you will be responsible for the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to managing client relationships and placements. The ideal candidate will have a passion for connecting talent with opportunities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.



**Key Responsibilities:**

- Source, screen, and interview candidates for engineering roles across various industries.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviews, offer negotiation, and placement.

- Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract top engineering talent.

- Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to advise clients and candidates on the latest developments.

- Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates, ensuring a positive recruitment experience for all parties involved.

- Meet and exceed recruitment targets and KPIs to drive business growth and success.



**Qualifications:**

- Proven experience in a full 360 recruitment role,�within the engineering sector.

- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and techniques.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and candidates.

- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting and exceeding recruitment targets.

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

- Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools to manage candidate pipelines and client relationships.
