Join a team of next generation thinkers.WHAT TO EXPECTJoin a vibrant team dedicated to improving our quality and customer satisfaction within Product Engineering.  You will become the centralised point of contact for all cadence, governance and actions.  Your role will be to join our team to manage and drive our engineering quality to become the automotive industry world leader by setting benchmarks in Quality, Satisfaction and Reliability through sustainable and innovative luxury products.Key Accountabilities and ResponsibilitiesManage delivery of Product Engineering Quality which is our forum for initiating change for quality processes and projects improving vehicle quality. Manage and deliver our Engineering Quality Transformation PlanManage key cadence to drive business metrics such as the Daily Quality Operations meeting & TIQ.Work cross functionally with commodity teams to ensure continuous improvement of quality in all areas in order to achieve the vehicle quality and operational targets (Warranty, Roadside Assistance) Engage teams to develop and execute a customer satisfaction improvement plan with the commodity and plant teams ensuring we have a roadmap to best in class. Engage teams to leverage our current issue landscape to close out preventative actions (PR AIMS) and increase our body of knowledge by increasing our coverages in our DFMEAs. Engage cross functional teams and Engineers in resolving engineering issues through data analysis and working with Manufacturing, Centre of Competence, Suppliers, Product Investigation (Service) and Dealers. Delivery and Management of Agile in Engineering QualityWHAT YOU'LL NEEDKnowledge, Skills and ExperienceEssential:Experience in an engineering functionExperience in problem solving and failure mode avoidanceAbility to interface and communicate confidently at all levelsStrong project management skillsAbility to build and manage multiple internal and external relationships in complex stakeholder environmentsDemonstrable business acumenWell organised, methodical, exhaustive and structuredExcellent written & verbal communication skills providing the ability to represent the team at senior meetings Extensive experience of using JIRA, Lucidspark, Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint #LISO WHY US?Bring all this to the home of premium innovation, and you’ll find the opportunities to further your career with a world-class team, a discounted car purchase and lease scheme for you and your family, membership of a competitive pension plan, private medical cover and performance related bonus scheme.
