Engineering Project Manager

Randstad are partnered with a company based in Crawley who are on the lookout for an Engineering Project Manager on a permanent basis. The company work in the office on a hybrid basis, mainly 2 days in the office, but they do need someone who is happy to travel to customer sites around the UK.They need someone who can work closely with their software development team and the engineers who are based around the UK. They also need someone who is capable dealing with customers and explaining their requests / desires to the software engineers.Core responsibilities will involve, but not limited to:Create and maintain effective project plansEstablish and maintain strong relationships and communication with all stakeholdersImplement and maintain effective change control and risk management processesMonitor and control project budgetsProduce regular, comprehensive project reports for internal and external stakeholdersKey skills and experience Experience of project managing teams of engineers, developers and consultantsExperience of software development lifecycles would be an advantageExperience in both waterfall and agile environmentsCompetent using Microsoft Project or similar Project Management toolsExperience managing the entire project lifecycleIf interested, and you match the criteria above, please apply with your most recent CV and I will be in touch to discuss further.
