Engineering Project Manager (12 months FTC)

Are you competent in driving Engineering projects and delivering reliability improvements?

MacGregor Black are partnering with a Leading FMCG brand on the search for a Engineering Project Manager. This is a perm role based in Durham.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a cross-functional team of engineers and designers to deliver high-quality robotics solutions on time and within budget.


• Develop and execute project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.


• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, requirements, and success criteria.


• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.


• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.


• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence within the project team.

What are we looking for?

• Knowledge of robotics is essential


• Knowledge of welding is beneficial


• Project Management Experience


• FMCG experience preferred


• Expert knowledge in project management methodologies
