Project Engineer / Engineering Project Manager - Remote

Experienced Project Manager or Project Engineer with Validation experience? Read on.

I am working exclusively with a multi-site advanced pharmaceutical company that are looking to expand their Projects team due to continued developments and also the prospect of new sites being introduced over the next 12 months.

You will be able to work remotely but will travel to each of the sites across the UK (probably about 50% of your time) to drive multi value projects from beginning to end. Projects will vary from equipment replacement, new equipment introduction and facility expansions.

This position will work in a hands on manner across scoping, procurement, installation and validation. Whilst you will work closely with key personnel on each site to drive the projects, it will be crucial that you can get involved hands on with some projects, especially with qualification and validation activities.

With a forward thinking management team, you genuinely have the chance to control your own time and project management – therefore previous experience in managing engineering projects within the pharmaceutical setting is key.

Given the plans for the business, the scope for further development and progression is significant.

As well as a strong package, a company car / car allowance will be offered as part of the remuneration.

Experience:

• Experienced project engineer or project manager in a pharmaceutical setting


• A strong understanding and hands on experience of GMP


• Engineering or validation experience is essential


• Exposure to the full validation lifecycle and the ability to walk through the full CQV phase


• Hands on experience in driving project management


• Excellent stakeholder management skills


• Ability to travel UK wide as required – although you will have direct influence to control the schedule
