Engineering Manager - Aberdeen

SRG are looking for an Engineering Manager to provide a planning, SAP data maintenance and
SAP training service for the maintenance operations on the site of a global FMCG manufacturer.

Key Responsibilities:

• To produce a maintenance plan for a 12 month timeframe and issue a weekly maintenance plan for the maintenance teams.
• To take full account of the routine maintenance tasks and schedule them such that out of tolerance dates are not exceeded.
• To take full account of corrective maintenance and plant modification tasks and schedule them to satisfy customer requirements.
• To identify and match resources, including manpower, materials and enabling works, with the maintenance workload.
• To liaise with Production owners to enable matching of engineering work with available production windows.
• Integrate contracts maintenance routines into plan to minimise production windows required.
• To produce planning metrics to enable performance monitoring.
• To produce specific shutdown plans and support end 2 end planning process.
• Providing a SAP data maintenance service to the site.

Qualifications Required:

Relevant Engineering Apprenticeship, SVQ L2, HNC
