Engineering Manager

This amazing Engineering Manager role is a unique opportunity to showcase your expertise and skills with a world leading Avionics business in Berkshire.Using your knowledge of electronics, NPI, and test equipment, you will be the key member within the team, and the Engineering Manager that secures this position is crucial to the future success of this dynamic company.You will provide leadership, presence and energy to the engineering team across sites, drive technology initiatives and investments, and drive change via continuous test improvements.You will oversee all part of the NPI process including compliance and transition into production.
