Team Leadership:
Inspire and guide a dynamic team of engineers, cultivating a collaborative and high-performance environment.

Project Management:
Spearhead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of engineering projects alongside cross-functional teams.
Ensure projects are executed on time, within scope, and uphold the highest quality standards.
Technical Strategy:
Shape and drive the technical vision and strategy for our engineering team.
Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure technical decisions align seamlessly with business objectives.
Resource Management:
Strategically manage and allocate resources to meet diverse project needs.
Identify skill gaps and partner with Talent Acquisition to recruit, onboard, and retain top-tier engineering talent.
Process Improvement:
Proactively evaluate and enhance engineering processes to boost efficiency and productivity.
Implement best practices and innovative methodologies to ensure exceptional quality deliverables.
Collaboration:
Champion a culture of collaboration and clear communication across teams and departments.
Work hand-in-hand with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure unified project goals.
Risk Management:
Anticipate and identify potential risks and challenges in project execution, implementing proactive solutions to mitigate them.
Develop and execute robust risk management strategies to ensure project success.
Performance Metrics:
Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness and efficiency of engineering projects.
Utilise metrics to inform data-driven decisions and foster continuous improvement.
Key Skills:
Extensive experience in a leadership role within a software engineering environment.
Deep understanding of software development processes, methodologies, and industry best practices.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient with agile methodologies and project management tools.
Strong ability to balance technical expertise with strategic thinking.
Demonstrated success in fostering team collaboration and driving high-performance culture.
Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within scope while maintaining high-quality standards.
Keen problem-solving skills and the ability to anticipate and mitigate risks effectively.
