Engineering Manager

This amazing Engineering Manager role is a unique opportunity to showcase your expertise and skills with a world leading Aviation business in Berkshire.

Using your knowledge of avionics, electronics, NPI, and test equipment, you will be the key member within the team, and the Engineering Manager that secures this position is crucial to the future success of this dynamic company.

You will provide leadership, presence and energy to the engineering team across sites, drive technology initiatives and investments, and drive change via continuous test improvements.

You will oversee all part of the NPI process including compliance and transition into production. You will have a hands-on approach and be able to liaise on a technical level with engineers, whilst working closely with quality, sales, and operations; providing leadership & energy across sites.

You will have significant electronics experience (ideally with avionics knowledge) and proven capability to assess test equipment, understand how it can be improved, and research new technologies for implementation into company equipment and process.
