Location: Sunderland

Salary: £55k-£60k, plus bonus, pension, and healthcare

Hours: 40 hours per week,

The Role:

The role will require a strong multi discipline diverse background, ideally with experience gained working on a top tier CoMAH site managing people, assets and utilities all within corresponding appropriate environmental, health & safety legislative requirements.

The Ideal Candidate:

The Engineering Manager will possess a comprehensive range of chemical plant knowledge and management experience, ideally with an engineering degree (Electrical or Mechanical biased) to provide effective support and control over maintenance activities, systems, equipment and processes.

• Strong business management skills


• Budgeting control experience


• Excellent communicator both written and verbal


• Project management experience including CDM regulations


• Comfortable managing multiple tasks simultaneously


• Possess a range of investigative / analysis techniques to enhance and aid trouble shooting


• Fully competent with legislative paperwork requirements


• Team player


• Problem solving aptitude
