ROLE
You will be responsible for leading the technical transformation of CFP Energy business. Defining and driving architectural and development standards for our new landscape, you will work with a diverse team of engineers and product specialists to define the trading, analytics, and operational landscapes. Ensuring the technical products meet this vision and market needs of the growing and expanding CFP Energy business.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Key responsibilities include:
Implementation and design of the deal life cycle architecture and development practices for the group-wide transformation program, including optimization of the SaaS landscape within the project sphere.
Delivery across impacted squad(s), collaborating with the Technical Leads and Product Manager.
Actively fostering a high bar for engineering excellence within teams.

While this is not a role that will predominantly involve hands-on-coding, we are looking for an experienced manager who has a strong technical and delivery background and has worked as a software engineer in previous roles. If you needed to get your hands dirty you could do. We recognize that engineering managers lead in different ways, we’re looking for someone who:
Is comfortable operating with ambiguous problem areas with a high degree of autonomy.
Has delivery experience and is able to guide the squads in achieving their outcomes.
Be the technical voice for the overall program deliverable.
