You would see your self working with a growing team in a dynamic and modern work environment with a strong pipeline of developments over the next year.The role:As the Engineering Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing the engineering aspects of their housing projects from initial design through to completion. You will ensure that their developments meet regulatory requirements, adhere to quality standards, and are delivered on time and within budget which will drive the success of their developments.Manage, Engage all external consultants where required in the production of technical informationManage the design and development of infrastructure for housing projects including roads, drainage and utilitiesCollaborate with architects, planners, contractors and local authorities to obtain necessary approvals and permitsConduct site assessments and surveys to identify potential challenges and develop solutions accordinglyMonitor project progress, budgets and schedules - implementing adjustments as neededEnsure compliance with the relevant regulations, standards, and health and safety guidelines About you:Degree in EngineeringProven experience in Housing development projectsproficiency in CAD softwareStrong understanding of utilities management and infrastructure developmentExcellent leadership and communication skillsAbility to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teamsDetail orientated with a focus on quality and accuracyKnowledge of relevant regulations and building codes What to do next:If this role meets your expectations and aspirations, click the apply link now or email:
