Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as an Engineering Manager to cover our sites at Leeming Bar and Brompton-On-Swale. The Engineering Manager will be responsible for leading a team and overseeing projects. The day-to-day tasks involve managing engineering operations, ensuring the smooth functioning of manufacturing facilities, and driving continuous improvement in processes and systems.
Qualifications
Engineering Management and Team Leadership skills
Knowledge of Integration and Manufacturing Operations
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Experience in the food manufacturing industry is a plus
