I am currently working with one of the UK's biggest packaging manufacturers who are looking for a Maintenance Engineer to join their team in Leighton Buzzard.

Main responsibilties:

• Reporting into the Plant Manager
• Managing a team of 10-20 staff
• Involved in any developments of procedures
• Making sure team if compliant to all health and safety procedures in place on site
• Carrying out continuous improvements
• Developing staff and making sure all training needed is provided
• Aspects of budget management
• Assisting with project launches

To be considered for this position you will have worked in an Engineering Management position and come from a plastics packaging/ manufacturing background.
