Are you an Engineering Manager looking for a role that goes beyond simply overseeing a team of Engineers?
Interested into project planning, managing budgets, implement maintenance schedules, collaborate with production to meet drive performance, and foster team development, and more. This is for you!!!

We're searching for an experienced Engineering Manager to lead on all engineering aspects within a manufacturing company. This role calls for someone ready to drive change, engage in hands-on improvement projects, and mentor a talented engineering team.

To be considered for the position, you'd need -

• Proven leadership in engineering.


• Background in either Food or FMCG industries.


• Proficiency in managing CAPEX budgets and project execution.


• Experience in cost reduction and continuous improvement.


• Ability to influence change effectively.
