Electrical Engineering Manager
, who will play a pivotal role in driving innovation, optimising processes, and ensuring the successful development and delivery of high-quality electronic products. Duties of
Electrical Engineering Manager
:
Assist the NPI manager through the entire product development lifecycle, from concept to manufacturing, ensuring adherence to project schedules and quality standards.
Manage the RMA process and produce timely failure analysis reports to be shared with customers and provide quotes for refurbishment/repair work as necessary.
Develop and manage project plans, and resource allocations, ensuring timely delivery of products while managing risk and mitigating potential issues.
Collaborate with the Quality department to establish quality standards and expectations and drive continuous improvement initiatives throughout the product development cycle.
Required skills of the
Electrical Engineering Manager
:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or related field.
Proven experience in engineering leadership roles within the electronic manufacturing industry.
Possess a deep understanding of electronic manufacturing processes, materials, and technologies to make informed decisions and provide technical guidance to the team.
