Tiro Partners are looking for an experienced individual to manage a team of passive safety test engineers. As Team Leader, you'll oversee testing operations, ensuring high-quality results are delivered on time.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team conducting full-scale crash, engineering systems, and sled testing.
• Ensure safe and timely test delivery, meeting quality standards.
• Develop budget proposals and manage engineering functions within budget.
• Collaborate with customers and authorities for homologation testing.
• Plan tests, allocate resources, and maintain quality standards.
• Identify capital needs, support business development, and manage projects.
• Cultivate relationships with OEM customers and stay updated on safety trends.

Experience:

• Experience in passive safety or vehicle engineering testing.
• Engineering graduate or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated team leadership in a testing or engineering environment.
• Ability to excel in customer-facing situations and adapt to changing workloads.

Skills:

• Strong understanding of engineering dynamics.
• Proficient in program management and data analysis.
• Familiarity with high-speed data capture techniques.
• CAD software knowledge is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
